Commercial Vendors include those that are selling products or advertising services. Products may be wares, crafts, clothing, and some types of food items*.
*All vendors in this category who wish to sell food items (this only includes food made under the auspices of the Department of Agriculture and it excludes those made under the jurisdiction of the Heath Department) must have $1,000,000 in liability insurance. A copy of proof of this insurance must be submitted with your application.
